the old 950cc engine is all whipped out to make way for the 1600 zetec, peoples are always telling me i should drop a 20lr zetec in, but when ya working with a budget that don't exist you just have to take what is at hand some of the times!

now the engine is out the way i can get at all that surface rust that's built up over 30 years of were and tear on the poor old girl.

think i've been quite lucky with this little car so far because i've only had to deal with surface rust that is not that bad at all, for a 30 year old....

now ive got me some mk2 golf headlamps from off good old ebay! and also managed to get hold of the mk1 xr2 headlamp surrounds (bloody hard to get hold of) an bit of cutting here n there and woop woop they fit LoL.....
