Time to change. Old engine comes out. At this time not knowing what i was going to put in there, Had a 1.8 zetec lump in mind.

Zetec idea tossed out the window now and in place is a RS turbo lump with fiesta RS turbo bottome end with low comp pistons. ( to update engine is now in rs heaven. died in a one on one with a m5 bmw but fear not it did go BALLS OUT till the end lol

The standard engine totally rebuilt to the tune of 3k Kent cam,valves and valve springs, RS head with enlarged ports, Block is standard shell, Lightened and balanced RS crank, Brand new anodized pistons with new BURTON POWER rings, Unrated oil pump, Balanced flywheel from a RS1600i Basically a brand new engine
