Does anybody recognise this part number?
Who can tell me what this injector type flows in cc's?
Current spec is,

These are out of a slightly modified small turbo escort cosworth.
It was modified in Germany but I cant believe the injectors are that diferrent from the UK.

looks like I need to do some more mods. I should really get my car booked back on the rollers for a check. The last session showed almost 290ps with 450Nm, but from the replies on Fiestaturbo.com the injectors are only good for up to 270ps.
I should find out who has the most power (and Torque), from a small turbo escort and check out prices.

222.2 g/min equals 310 cc/min using the usual route of converting to lb/hr and multiplying by 10.5. This is virtually the same flow rate as 'yellows' (311 cc/min) so it would be resonable to assume 270 bhp is the limit. This appears to be backed up by GGR upping the fuel pressure on their stage 2 chip conversion to get 300bhp.
Edit 21/10/05: The assumption here is that small turbo Escorts operate at 3 bar fuel pressure - anyone know for sure what they are?

when last checked my fuel pressure at idle was around 3bar, revving the engine gave a reading of 3.5bar.
A fairly basic way to increase the pressure from normal is to use a centre punch and hit the centre of the original regulator without breaking it and basically checking the pressure again with a stand alone gauge.
Its not the most professional way to do it but a small increase in pressure was the result.
I should say, this was only done for a short period, tests etc, I now have a proper pressure regulator.
