Hi all

Having major problem's with the turbo not boosting correctly

Car is running stage 3 pectel 803's usual st3 conversion.

Fitted recond turbo set actuator.

Amal valve replaced with GG racing uprated.

All hoses checked all ok.

Any suggestion's what could be causing this problem?

Was the actuator adjusted from the old one or was it a stright swap? Try winding it in a few turns and test drive to see if she builds boost, I take it the wastegate arm could move freely on the new turbo?

Do you have a Dump valve?
is it sticking open?(piston type)
Or has the diaphragh split?

also check intake manifold gasket for leaks, have seen them blow
out
