Default ARE CAM COVERS THE SAME ?

Can anybody help ?
Tried to fit 4x4 saff cam cover to big turbo Escort cos it kept rubbing on the crank pulley is a big turbo cam cover for an Escort cos different ?

As far a i know, they are the same! except the newer cars had a screw in oil filler!

To Dave cos my mate said it was a bit twisted

To Stu no we couldn't get the bottom bolt in Ford's said this was the right bolt but my mate said it was too tight in the thread

Its a tricky bugger to fit admittedly.. make sure you get the metal bush for the cover too.

I bought the cambelt cover second hand and he never gave me that. Is that something I can buy seperate if so do you know where ?
