Yep bolt on fit. Clutch is another matter.

St170 has a dual mass flywheel and a unique clutch and cover plate. They started out with 230mm but half way through it’s life they increased it to 240mm.

It has an odd first motion shaft pattern.

Best no expense spared option is somthing like a Ttv single mass flywheel and a Helix clutch. There are other makes.

Not a lot has been done diy so the box is almost worthless over here.
The standard Zetec flywheel comes in 220mm and 240mm but is not as deep as the St.
The unsprung 240mm st plate should fit the Zetec flywheel and cover plate but the csc won’t reach properly and can’t be spaced easily as the back has the gearbox oil seal built in. The next issue is there probably isn’t enough first motion shaft left either. And the unsprung plate would be very harsh on the road.

There is a plate from a 90’s Vauxhall Calibra turbo that’s a match and has the sprung Cush drive but it’s an odd one to track down.
