bolted the mini supercharger on, got some pipework made up, as the back of the charger sits an inch from the bulkhead i tried the maf between the blower and the throttle body, its spluttering a fair bit but when then all of a sudden it will pull like hell, is this because the boost is messing up the maf and i need to move it before the supercharger/
What setup have you got? Essentially you want same spec as a turbo but aftermarket management to handle boost. That gets away from using maf! But it should be after the air filter.

I'm basically running a standard 1800rs zetec just with the charger sat about the exhaust. It's fitted in a anglia 100e so there's no room at all really to fit any inlet piping on as the inlet is on the back of the charger which is about an inch from my bulkhead and the side is nearly touching my strut tower
Are you running low boost? If its standard I would have thought it could only take around 5 psi of boost safely. Plus if your using standard management that would contribute to the problems.

Right today I have cut half off my bulkhead away and in the process of fitting my maf inside the car temporarily haha! Fingers crossed this time! And yeah I have te blow off valve set as low as possible and only reached like 2psi
