Default Squeeky Poly Bushes

All of a sudden after a thousand miles my Poly bushes on the rear of my Focus are squeeking away, every single bush was changed, its obvious they have gone dry but is there a quick fix or is it a case of slipping the componants out of position, copper greasing them up and slipping them back which is a pain in the A**e
The grease that came with the bushes was like evo stick, if i use copper grease will this be ok
When i say squeek i mean squeek its is very loud and getting worse

Can use pretty much anything grease wise, if you're sure it's the bushes making the noise.
The "lube" supplied is to make installing the bushes easier, poly is a self lubing material, doesn't need grease, one of the good things about it, but otherwise just a thick white grease would most likely be best.

Right just to wrap this up i got to the bottom of the squeek today, i jacked the rear end up and stripped the rear beam down bit by bit and greased it, cleaned it re-tourqed all the bolts. I undid the lower control arm outer bolt and removed the spring, the lower control arm then pivoted down on the other bolt and as it did it went with the same squeek i had been hearing. Turns out that when i went and got the car 3D laser aligned the lad who set the rear camber ecentric bolts only did them up lightly when they needed to be 115NM, so the control arm on both sides had worked loose and this allowed foward and backward movement on the bush outer sleeve!!! Caught it just in time, car is quiet as a mouse again now thank god, i knew it was nothing i had done.
