Could anyone please tell me the best way of removing the side skirts and Arches on a 3dr, as they look like they are pop rivited in, mine needs some new sills now and the Workshop who are welding them, wants me to remove them first.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to remove the sills first which as you say are riveted on, you will have to drill out the rivets and then you can remove the arches which are screwed on. HTH
