Default wheel on my focus

i just jacked my mk1 focus up to check something and i noticed the front wheel wobbled the bolts are tight is this the wheel bearing??


Help would be great thanks

if its just the wheel then yes sounds like the bearing although i would have thought you could hear and/or feel it on the road (maybe its been bad for a while and you havnt noticed it).

make sure its not a suspension bush thats gone or the top mount. there shouldnt be any play in them.

just looked at mine.all bushes tight and bearing has some play in it but no noise...just got the car and tire has scrubbed itself to run out of line so guess thats why no noise.

it could be wheel bearing, track rod end, bottom ball joint that has play
