Hi peeps, wasn't sure where to ask this lol.

Ok, i've got obviously a MK5 3dr Escort and have been wanting some Recaros for some time now as the XR3i seats in it are crap hehe.

So the question is can I get FRST/ERST Recaros to fit or do I have to get some from an RS2000?

Anyone know exactly? as in so I don't have to mess around with subframes etc...

Any info would be much appreciated!

Hi mate I maybe wrong but the rs 2000 seats should go in and ya will prob find ones in better rap, also maybe bit easier to get hold of as alot breaking lately.

The rs2000 recaro's are the best option as the sub frame holes in the bottom of the rst recaro's do not line up, I think escos recaros fit as well.

 

swap the subframes over and rst ones will fit. may have to drill some holes into the frame but they do go in.

nah, the escos floorplan is based on teh sierra dont forget - the best option would be a set of rs2k seats, they are a better recaro than the escos ones aswell, due to the xmission tunnel etc in the escos the seats are not as wide and as such done have the same support at the sides as there isnt any room.
