Hello all i am running a cvh 35k cam on my 89 s2 and it will only idle smoothly at between 1100-1200rpm is this normal or has the previous owner set something wrong :wall: thanx in advance Dan

think he's got something wrong should tick over fine at normal revs. has it got vernier on it?

You need a vernier pulley with that cam if you dont already have one then you need a tuner to time it for you, I'm running the same cam in my 89 s2 and mine is fine hth :top:

hello all no it aint got a vernier pully :( but i am stripping engine down for zvh so i will have to get one and fit when i have it set up thanks all :DD:
