bosch 403 grey fitting help
hi i am after some advice for a friend ,he is trying to fit a set of brand new greys into a cossie fuel rail , he phoned woodford garage who told him they will have to be flow tested and the fitting kit would need to be pressed on ? has anny of you guys or girls fitted grays your self ? if so some pictures of the fitting order of the plastic and metal rings would be fandabidoozle , he also dont no what to do with the blue plastic thing that is on the spray side ( i dont mean the dust cover lol) , he is pulling his hair out so anny advice would be very welcome

Because the cap is not designed for that injector and messes with the spray pattern,hence drilling the cap or removing it.
I've removed my caps
They can cause fueling issues and melted pistons(with the cap on)
Do a search on here theres a more indepth answer
