anyone have any advice on what engine stand i should buy for my cvh and where is the best place to get one from??? engine stands allow you to rotate the engine dont they inorder to work from underneath too. Any advice would be appreciated as i will be building an engine myself for the first time.

cheers chaps, i have seen em in there catologue now. How does the engine mount the stand???? is it easy to do????

 

Its designed in a way so that the engine sits over the centre of the base, keeping weight even to stop it tipping over. The actual part for the engine to bolt to have 4 adjustable arms, you set them where they heed to go and bolt the block up with bolts & nuts
