been told this shouldnt be like this???

basically thinking of chopping the fiesta in for saph 2wd and the bloke had a look at my ecu and said that it shouldnt be running like it is. he reckons there should be something in the slot. is he right?????

More than likely been chipped at some point. From the factory there is a metal cover over it. Makes no difference at all, apart from a little less weight which is always good

As above the cover's missing. Just cover it up with a bit of duct tape to stop anything falling into your ecu and shorting something out and it'll be fine.
