Default In Car Phone

Has anyone got a phone in their car? I have one and of course Bluetooth is on my phone. No problems but I can't find how to register speed dial. The manual doesn't make any sense.
I would be grateful if anyone can advise me.
Thanks
Ron

I had to program numbers directly into the radio unit to use the voice controlled speed dialling on my Mondeo. You can scroll through your phone book and dial numbers from the dashboard screen, but can't do any speed dialling.
Having said that my Mondeo is 7 years old so the newer units might be different/more advanced now

Thanks BigDel. My B Max is just one month old and in the phone it says Speed dial but I can't find a way of using it like we do with a mobile phone. I will look at making calls via voice control.
