Default Original 2wd Bonnet

Can anyone tell me if there are any part numbers or ford stamps on an original cosworth 2wd Bonnet please. Any difference between cossie 2wd and normal saph bonnets at all? Cheers.

Yes,there are differences so beware.
You need a pre 1990 facelift bonnet as the edge of a pre 1990 bonnet is kicked up from n/s to o/s.
A later bonnet is kicked up for around 10 cm then goes flat, look at your 4wd bonnet,a post 1990 non vented bonnet is exactly the same and wrong for an earlier car.
Apart from that they are the same, prob finding 1 with an 1998/89 date stamp beside the latch will easily identify the right bonnet.
Very hard to find when you are looking for 1,when you stop there are loads ha ha.

Looks right but hard to tell as I can't see the corners for the stuff on the floor.
Ask for a pic of the long edge that meets the scuttle.

4x4 bonnet with raised edge which then goes flat

2wd bonnet which is raised all the way across.later run of the mill non vented saph bonnets are not raised, they are the same as 4x4 bonnets.
