under 2 weeks away now guys, Meet location is M3 services southbound at Winchester 7-7-15am ,We will leave at very latest of 7.30 in case anyone is running a few mins late but 7.30 is cut off time as we cant wait as it will hold up everyone, you can buy extra tickets on the gate in CASH and I do have a couple of spare stand spaces

Does anyone know if the emergency/escape road between southbound and northbound services has a barrier on it? We're stopping in eastleigh so will be coming north to the services,when we need to be on the southbound side.edited to say it looks like there's no service road,so I'll have to go up to the next junction.

I moved the meet location further towards you fella as theres a few others coming from surrounding counties, can only suggest you contact the services and ask as never used those services before and its 1st time we have attended simply ford since it started

 

No problem. It's definitely a lot closer than fleet. I had a good look round on Google Maps and it doesn't look like there is a service road. Some have them,some don't. It's only 30mins from where were stopping so it's not bad.

 

We are going for sure but as we are driving down from Scotland the day before and staying in Brighton (my parents live there), we were not going to bother to drive back up to fleet services to meet. But, if you are meeting in Winchester it might be worthwhile. Can I still get tickets from you or is it too late for all that?

 

if you book direct with beaulieu ringing them stating you are additional to passionford they should take your booking and include you in our area giving us the extra space

Lol,still don't know which car will be coming yet. Sierra has no rear seats in it yet cos I'm waiting for a bracket. Want to run it a bit ideally before coming down there.

 

As long as its a ford mate thats all that matters

 

All 3 cars are fords so that won't be hard.

 

FAO all passionford attendees beaulieu have asked that all attending fords from pf display a pass on their windscreen/dash I have attached the image simply print it off on a piece of A4 paper, also if you do not bring your show car its fine but you must still attend in a FORD and display the pass

 

One ticket has come up so if anyone wnats to join us on stand then get in touch asap

 

Do you have to be there before a set time to get on stand??

 

they say you need to be there before the public but I really dont know how strict they are on that rule as only ever been as a visitor before years ago, but I will have a few spaces on the stand as a few are jumping in cars together

 

there is plenty of vacant stand spaces so if anyone has a ticket and wants to jump on our stand just print out the pass below and let me know to join us as a few people have decided to ride shotgun in cars

FYI all attendees at winchester meet point I will be in a silver st170, head to overfill carpark near where coaches & lorrys park just left of main entrance as seen on photo

 

Bacuause we are unsure of time we will arrive (hopefully by 9) we will just head to normal parking area by come over and say hi. Will be in the flint saff in my pic

 

print out a pass anyway as they may well let you into the area mate

I wondered why I was passed this morning by a lot of nice fords in convey when I was on my way to work some nice motors in there and hopefully next year I will be there

 

we had a 20 ish car convoy from winchester which was a nice sight but no doubt plenty of other clubs doing the same rich

 

I saw a load coming off the rushington roundabout heading towards marchwood bypass as I live in marchwood.
