Default Rapid Weight Loss

Is it possible through healthy sensible eating and regular exercise (e.g bike riding, basketball, walking and playing darts )

to get from my current weight of 159lbs to target weight of 148lbs in just two weeks?

any help appreciated

It can be done but not from sensible eating and cardio alone. This amount of weight to loose in 2 weeks will need going on the Atkins diet, in other words, 0 carbs.....no pasta, bread, rice etc etc. You can eat as much meat as you want though! Also you may need yo use some Eph' or Clen's to to drop the weight. Eph' is a sod for giving you the shakes and Clen's make you feel like your burning up. Any cardio will start burning fat after 25 mins, anything before that and its no good, true fact there
