Oh Look More Rust!

What started as a weekends work tidying up some rust has now developed in a much bigger job. Here's some pics of progress.
Looks awful without the bodykit.

Lurking under thr filler.

Rear floor, somebody has jacked the car up using the floor, now theres a hole.

Rear arches are not to bad, just surface rust

Inner sill 18" gap

And finally the battery tray, looked alright at first but its rotten underneath, replacement tray and panel only £11.26 + vat

I'm going to repair it, borrowing a mig welder next week. Without the bodykit its just an normal escort its amzing how much better the car looks with it. Anybody recommend the best way of welding under the battery tray as that solid its the panel underneath that rotten.

aye mines been letting in the piss,checkd it out,,battery trays been replaced and the old one rusted away ,,its now sealed with a bitumastic filler and 30 year silicone,,top job
