That's a cool wee project, I quite like the colour too.

My Mrs would love a mustang, told her it's not going to happen though :D

very nice looking car

moondustka 17-09-2016 08:49 PM

What's not to love about these old Mustangs. It's the whole 'Eleanor' thing that did it for me

gcfcos 17-09-2016 10:49 PM

I'd love to see some pics of that blue Capri :top:

Tenuous Capri link in that group picture...the Reliant Scimitar in the background has Consul Capri front screen and rear bumper.

No doubt most of the rest of a Scimitar was built using suitable parts from across the UK motor industry. Anyone on here got one and know?

coco16i 24-09-2016 08:10 AM

Your Capri is stunning mate, loving the colour :top:

And the Mustang looks a beauty, nice and solid too by the look of it, interested to see the progress on this one, if you don't mind me asking, what sort of money was in it ?

Seriously thinking of something like this now as can't beat the thump of a big old lazy V8 !

caprizetec170 24-09-2016 11:37 PM

no real updates got a few free hours today so stripped the interior to see what i was facing, not as bad as i thought it would be just front floor pans and few patches so far
