Engine conversion over fueling won't run properly
 

Hi can any one help I have done a black to conversion with the efi convertion plate,2.0 biege injectors and throttle body.i have changed cam
Sensors maf,idle speed control ,coil pack,plugs,leads,pressure reg,gaskets,throttle body's,it has the 2.0 ecu and key reader,I've resolves all wiering,and checked all air feeds ect. It jus keeps over fueling and won't Rev right.. It's will drive sum times then it won't back fires,black plugs any help would be appreciated.it had the silver top in but engine gave up.mk5 escort

Can I not just replace ecu and key reader. Instead of having it re programmed..thanks for the reply new to site don't quite no how to use it.
