Well a few small updates since the last one
The steering and handling on the car was feeling really loose and sloppy and generally was feeling worse everytime I drove the car so bought all of this
All of that fitted with the tracking doing the wheels balanced and a pair of new conti's on the front to match the rear it's so much better and actually goes where I point it now
Still need to fit the column bush but been putting that off for now doesn't look like much fun crawling round in the footwell lol
Also had a new front prop uj fitted as that was about to fall off gear changes are so much better now wish I did it sooner
Finally after 7 months I finally fitted the carbon mirror covers from streamline and really pleased with them they look great and fit really well
Also fitted some smoked side repeaters which I prefer blends in more with the car
I have got new 4x4 badges but waiting on some paintwork to be done before I fit them
After having a read of fraser's thread on his red saph I copied him and fixed the seat as was fed up of it reclining itself was really irritating so glad to have that done
Finally got a new battery from tanya batteries as I couldn't get a flat post locally cranks over so much easier so the one on it must of been on its last legs
A pic of the car for good measure
Hopefully the next update will see some new wheels!
Sorry to go on

Love this car mate. Looks Stunning. What size is the washer for the seat?? I need to get this done on mine as well. Might as well do both sides at the same time. What you doing with your current wheels?

Picked the car up Friday afternoon from SCS after having all the new bits fitted for stage 3 as well as a new cambelt, headgasket and oil change and what a shock to drive after 8 months compared to my puma. Soon got used to it and love it all over again it's plenty quick enough for me and glad to be able to use it again
Had my mate come and machine polish it Saturday and the results are amazing as it was very swirled and lots of surface scratches even the boot came up well and it was a mess lol
Anyway pics

Cheers Tony yeah I'm on here but more of a reader front post much cheers mate
It makes the world of difference Chris especially on a black car it need doing again now though want to get my own so I can just do it as and when it needs it
Havnt done much to it it developed a misfire so put new plugs in it and it runs much better but still has a miss at 3-3500 rpm under load the heavier the load the worse the miss is so I've got a new dizzy cap and rotor arm and I'm waiting for the new leads and phase sensor to come and will fit it all and go from there and hopefully that sorts it fingers crossed!

Still havnt sorted the misfire waiting on parts and time to fit them been distracted breaking and selling other cars and getting rid of some stuff I've got
But at the beginning of the month I took a trip to Emp performance and got the centre box removed and the tailpipe changed to a 4" and had them move the exhaust so it fitted the car better and sat central in the bumper I know it's not for everyone but I love how it sounds and looks now
Went to national day today did t take the car because of the misfire so went in my mates a4 estate which was lucky as I found and bought this
Genuine ford panel which is what I've been after for ages to sort out the arch repairs it's had before I'm not happy with just need the other side now and can then look at sorting all the bodywork

Lame update as I havnt actually done much to the car more just collecting parts
Got this from the local ford dealer
I also have a new black cap to go with it
Also really pleased to have bought these and can't wait to get them on
Been looking at tyres as I need a different size to what is in the car now I'm thinking of going yoko ad08r and I'm also going to get some carbon centre caps to finish them off
Finally managed to get the battery maintainer sorted to keep the battery going as I only fitted a new one a few months ago
Really need to get the splitter off repaired and repainted and fitted better as it bugs the shit out of me how it pokes out where it's supposed to meet I the middle

Car looks mint and your mate done a good job on the buffing. Being a detailer to trade I know how well black cars come up Cracking choice on the new rims Think they will suit it better than the 7s
