rsturbo27 08-04-2010 08:36 PM

thanks i,m enjoying it so far when the sun is out lol ..but i,m still stuck on how to get that dam nut off in the last picture is there a tool that stops the whole thing turning?

:hEnNiKeR: 08-04-2010 08:52 PM

considering its fucked anyway, get a pair of mole grips on the rod part (the part that spins with the nut) cake the nut in lube and and try undoing it then.

:hEnNiKeR: 08-04-2010 08:52 PM

oh n FRST looks minty mate :top:

EscoVan 08-04-2010 08:54 PM

Nice project. Luv them alloys. Keeps the pics Rollin:top:

waynefrst235 08-04-2010 09:10 PM

Set of vice grips wil do the trick for gettin that nut off. Just grip the a.r.b link and get a spanner on the nut.
Nice car btw......I've got a White one 2

steve st220 09-04-2010 02:34 PM

undo the bottom nut and replace the link bar with a new 1.

I wouldn't wanna try the brakes like that. . . I'd get some proper brackets made up ;-)

Car looks good though, keep up the good work :king:

COLEYST200 19-05-2010 10:06 PM

do not drive the car with brakes like that it well snap the bolts and that could be the end off you and we dont wont that
