Well im very new on this site but needed a winter tinker and gone and bought a mk1 fiesta, after vw, vaux thought it was time to come back and get a ford badge up front!

Im a wee bit torn what to do with her tho, its a bog std mk1 1.1, never been touched!

My first thoughts were to go mental and do a rwd 2.0 pinto conversion but been thinking about the 1.8 zetec then i think i wanna be able to tune the fooker without plugging it into my laptop!

and it is just going to be a weekend/quarter mile car but has to be road legal to drive the bitch there before being thrashed!

Thoughts please

 

get the zetec in it and put some nice Webbers on it. Best of both worlds

Like the sound off the webbers on the zetec, im sure this must have been done loads before, any you guys point me in the direction off a good thread following a conversion?

Best to get some pointers before i start to rip the guts out off it
