Don't know about the huge one but my one starts spooling hard at 3.5k on the rev counter

theres one on the shelf at work from a DAF bus that i keep meaning to bring home to see if it fits the 2.8. probably be a lot of work for nothing as i dont think they run much boost.

they do. plenty of our engines run 3 bar easy (HD diesel engines 9-16 litre)

Big dafs like an xf105 480 run about 2 bar maybe a bit more off the top of my head
