Not sure what's been done to it since I saved that thread, have had it in my favorites for ages and kept it when I re-booted!

theres a guy on the cabriolet owners club who has a blue fully blown
4x4 cossie cab, he owns a few cars inc a rally escos.

also there was another one doin the for sale ads in the car mags, think
it was on ebay as well, nice car, lots of money spent.

plus i remember a mag feature on one, looked similar to above, bloke had sent some big dollars on it, stood him at 40k or summit.

no mate your thinking of a fast ford mag from 99 that had REAL cossie arches but that never had a cossie engine

the one tiff is on about is from a 96 or 97 fast ford mag where he kept the escos floor pan but welded it to a cossie top half with box section along the chassis rails and fitted a cossie it to it,,,,,,,,, that has some SERIOUS work done to it , total rebuild and weld together in the interest of keeping the original cossie plate on a cabrio

can you tell that my perfect car was a escort cosworth cabrio up until i grew up

no the one with the steering mods to line the wheels up was the non cossie one as it never had a cossie floorpan to retain the id hence no need for steering mods

grab you mags and prove me wrong puppy

Thats my old car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i sold it on here last year !!!!!!
its still in my sig !!!

it was fibreglass kit with rs 2000 interior and cvh turbo engine which was chipped etc. best bit was them wheels were 19"s. my mate built it and got bored just as he finished it so i had it off him. but the rear wheels rubbed like hell when i put the Kids in the back .

i like my sons finger in the last pic best!!!!!!!!!!!!
