Wiring query
Right i'm wiring up my gauges this weekend and was after a bit of advise!
I'm fitting a 2 pod A pillar mount and wanted to wire up the gauge lights, can i join the seperate lights together then splice into one light feed off the steering column or will i have to run seperate connections....
If that makes sense?!?!
Dont reall want the lot setting alight for any reason.
Ps i will be soldering all connections & using heatshrink!!
Cheers

i used the switched live off the ignition... took one wire from the black thing that goes on the end of the barell and then just connected it up to the 4 gauges i have..
Just used one connection.. put 2 pieces of wire in each crimp connector so i could carry on to the next one.
Dont know if its the right way to do it.. but it works

join them in paralel, not in series otherwsie they will share the voltage and be dimmer.
do you have a dash dimmer? if so, connect them up to the output of that so that you can easily dim them down. they can be damn annoying at full brightness sometimes.
