Decided to jog home from pub with mate on sat night instead of paying the measly £6 it would have cost to gat a taxi........ i slipped.

yeah looks worse than it is tho. I also have a black eye and my car has developed a missfire and tries to run on 3 cylinders when it comes on boost!!!!

looks like you have pulled your deltoid ligament :blabla: hehe, rest ice compression elevation, and try not to weight bear on it for the time being, let it heal, then when u do dont do any twisting on it either cos u want the fibres to fuse back together or u will get scar tissue and then have ongoing problems and lose range of motionl.... :oops: :oops:

sorry.. yeh.. looks sore take some anti inflammatorys like ibuprofen or something

i fooked my ankle very badly once...

i was pissed and climbed a 20 foot gate thing that they pull down at night at the entrance to the local mall thing, me mates all ran into the bottom of it, thus shaking me off, coooonts.

oh, i also broke the same ankle a few years later, was at a mates just got in frm the piss, i went for a piss, took 1 step down the stairs, CRUNCH, i fell the rest :cry:

that was the friday nite, drove to hospital monday, theu wouldnt let me drive home cos i had my leg in a cast :cry: :cry: :cry:

just rets it mate, cold compresses to bring out the bruising, try and walk on it but dont go OTT, itll never heal proper unless you slowly start using it. sprained ankles and pulled ligaments so many times when i played basketball. you'll be sorted ina week at the most mate.

hehe yes the deltoid muscle is a musle on the shoulder, but there is a deltoid ligament in the foot, theyre named after their shape. but anyway... i got ti wrong ur deltoid ligament is on the inside of ur foot, it could be a number of other ligaments on teh outside... either way doesnt really matter what it is just that it hurts!!! hehe.. hope it gets better soon tho!!!

That reminds me of when this guy at college drove his dads merc in with a broken left leg in a cast!

College freaked about it and wouldn't let him drive it back home :cry:
