Group buy - Airtec inlet
 

As most of you know Motorsport-Developments have just started stocking all Airtec range and there is a possible chance on a group buy...

Haven't got any figures yet, Just seeing if there is any interest?:poke:

We will need a minium of 5 people but obviously more people = Cheaper!

Haha Sorry Steve. Was the Hart inlet much more??

Do these inlets give the same or as good as results as the hart ones? What kind of testing have they had?

Hart inlet with throttle bracket was 550 quid

There Identical i have seen both and apart from logo there spot on inside and out. so performance will be identical

As its the same as the Hart you will have to fook about :wall:

Most are running standard tb so they will fit easier than yours - the only real messing is when you run st escos trumpet section on a 3dr or sapp but again if std then its fine, the only thing is people you are going to need you engine map tweeked it isn't a bolt on and go part

Sorry if this is blatantly obvious or pointed out elsewhere recently (I havent been on here much in the last few months) but what benefit would this have over a STD inlet if i have a standard head, probably bugger all?

Whats different about the ST trumpet section, just for info?

ST trumpets are longer i think.

Think i will stick with my modded 2wd inlet for the time being

Nothing, I have all 3 manifolds in my garage and just measured each trumpet section and they all measure the same, the only difference is the ST Escos has some extra drilling's between the trumpets for something.

I think this would benefit yours though as yours will be in that power range

it will help for sure as yes i am aiming for that power level, but seeing as my inlet is due back anytime soon, i cannot justify spending twice on an inlet as want the car on the road.

The map is relatively easy to tweak as its on omex so will get the laptop out lol

We now have 7 interested, Anymore so we can make the 10?

Airtec Will let us have 3, and the rest will go in a few weeks, so first come first serve on those 3
We need 3 more people to get the magic 10.
If we do not have 10 by midnight tonight, i will sort the 15% deal out to get these ordered.
