Default Quick actuator question...

Been working on the car today and adjusted the actuator to give a couple of pounds of boost.

But ermm, it didnt actually give me any.

Will the arm have to be pulled out from the actuator head a bit to get even a few psi of boost??

Cos its not wound down far enough to have to do this to get it to fit on the wastegate.

Do you know what i mean?

EDITED : Just to say i'm lying, I seen about 0.5psi on the boost guage on me way home, and could hear SLIGHT chatter from the turbo.
