Default Engine stands

Im going to be removing and rebuilding my 2wd Sapph engine over the winter. I need an engine stand and was looking at this one from machine mart.

http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/pr...a-engine-stand

Has anyone got any idea if these are any good, and will it hold a complete YB engine setup, with manifolds and turbo still attached? It says 340 kg max, im assuming thats enough for a complete yb??

Definately not postable - it's a heavy bit of kit I'm afraid - I'll pm a price if you want still?

I've got the one in the piccie in front of the 3 door, I chose this over the one in the link as I thought I'd be falling over the leg less as it is under the engine rather than along both sides, I've had 420-430 KG on mine, though it did groan!!

4" long would be fine, just use large thick washers under the nut/bolt head, I just cut up some 10mm studding.
