Walking back from the shops at lunch time with my brother we were crossign the road and just about to step onto the pavement. There was nothing coming towards us but 2 little s**tbags in an old clio swerved over the wrong side of the road and lent on the horn as they sped past from behind inches from me.

is there any point reporting this as have the number plate and seen them driving irratically a few times around the local roads but am guessing there's nothing that can be done.

Normally wouldn't bother but if this little s**t acutally hit somebody doing this they would be seriously injured

 

next time you see them drag them out the car and give them a mullering

im mates with a lad that drives like a twat, gave me and a few other mates a lift the other night, was doing 80 ( the top speed ) , in a 50, anyway he was swerving in and out dead fast at 65 what a prick, will never get in that car again

Sound advice, these kids may be twats but they will want their revenge be assured, just forget it. Remember they dont give a damn about you or your property.

 

You can repost them and the police will warn them, they won't get done unless you give a statment

 

not likely to be any risk whatsoever in this case. The police would unlikely prosecute them directly requireing a statement. What will likely happen is they will put an information marker on the car about anti social driving etc and they will get pulled by every ANPR cop car because of the flag on the system

People who drive like that usually make a habbit of being dicks so chances are if he hasnt got a section 59 then next time he is seen acting odly then he will get a section 59 rather than the chance of an officer using discretion with a verbal warning. if hes got a section 59 then next time he's pulled he will loose his car

 

Bastard - you beat me to it!!! I was just about to say report it and the police will put a marker on the car, then if in the future they run a PNC check on him for any reason, they will find that he has previously been reported for driving like a tool and are less likely to be so lenient on him.

Report it, might help someone elses case if they kill the little scotes and they've already been reported for a similar incident.

Bit like that story in the paper a while ago: Two blokes get into road rage argument on m-way. Pull onto hard shoulder, one gets punched and cracks his head on the deck and dies. Dead bloke had been reported for another road rage incident a week earlier. Helped the accused get a bit of sympathy.

 

Thats right, because if eveyone burried their heads in the sand all the worlds crime and prolems would just disappear.

If you report it they will get a knock on the door for dangerous driving. Doubt anything would happen but the cops will have it on file for future issues.

Just find out where they live and give the driver a hiding.
