it was my car they used for the reconstrution, the copper on the programme did say it was an xr3i that was seen but im unsure if it was. The TV company approached the RS Owners Club specifically asking for a white series 2, surely if it was an xr3i used in the crime they could have quite easily got hold of one. They said they were going to give me different plates for the filming but they never did so if your eagle eyed you can see my reg on it (G835). Also helped in the reconstruction and in a few scenes you can make out me and our dragon in the car

My old MK4 Escort was used in a Welsh T.V. programme back in 2001 as the drug dealer's car, and then my old Focus Turbo appeared in a few Welsh T.V. spots racing on the local track and including promoting modified car enthusiasts by racing the network's track preped mini on a closed down runway....I won by a mile!

Anyone seen Shopping (didnt spot it mentioned) with Jude Law from the 90's? There is a Sierra GL or similar, but there is also an underground cruise/rave scene with

early episode of casualty had a white RS500 in it, Scene was the nurses leaving the pub in halloween fancy dress as the car comes down the road. It hits one of them & does a runner from the scene. The camera angle when the car was stopped showed the rs500 sticker on the wing

There was a White S2 used in a reconstruction of that road rage stabbing a few years back... the one where it was his blonde lass that had done it in an argument, but had made up a big story about being chased through the countryside and gone on tv press conference to beg for info on it. I think the guys name was Lee, but cant remember his 2nd name.

There was a programme a few years back 6/7 maybe about city bankers and their earnings or something like that anyway. Used a minty looking series 1 and a bentley as a comparison of income, the series 1 was clearly shown a fair bit, but was branded as being a young yuppies car!!

Oh in Human Traffic...in one of scenes, there going to a party in a S1...you can just about tell it's a s1 as the style of the seat etc and in one of the other scene's you see it in the background supporting 3spokes lol

jason stathams new film killer elite's got few mk2's in it and cortina's its set in the 80's so there's loads of old escorts and old fords popping up everywhere
