How can you tell on a s2 rs if it's an LSD box and not a cheap 3i or diesel box.
Iv'e heard it's something to do with spinning the wheels.

 

if you look through the hole where the driveshafts go into the box,the lsd box you can see straight through,the xr box and other boxes has a bar going across the hole,i also think that when you spin 1 wheel with the lsd box the other wheel should turn the opposite direction

 

when you spin the wheel if its jacked up the other wheel should spin the same way shouldnt it.

 

Does anyone know a sure fire way????????

 

Jack it up so both front wheels are off the floor then spin one wheel by hand. The other wheel will spin the same direction if it has an LSD

 

yeh mate look through the hole where the drive shafts go and it shud be flat .if it got a bar across its a piece of shit 3i
