i use UPS mostly. DHL are 3 times the price because they "send everything by plane rather than vans" i dont care if it goes by horse and cart as long as it gets there and is at a decent price.

Parcel2go were awful. They took my money but never turned up to collect the package. Their customer services department in non-existant. Despite loads of e-mails they never once responded to me and I never got a refund. Robbing bastards from my experience.

interparcel are great, and you get 5% discount on your future parcels, they browse loads of couriers to get you the cheapest price

Having said that parcel2go's tracking service is excellent - I knew exactly where my parcel was throughout - in my bloody hallway as they never bothered to collect it!

Dhl are appauling, recieved the worst service from them out of anyone.
Disgusting customer service, item was recieved two weeks after it was supposed to due to the driver "timing out" and apparently its my fault for not travelling 40 miles to the depot!
