good for you, bought 8 spark plugs from him and only received 7. that was 2 months ago. the guy replied twice from the 10emails that I sent him. going to leave him a negative feedback

Just spoken to him - he sent the missing plug (simply miscounted with the original order) and 4 EXTRA plugs as an apology around 10 days ago.
Seeing as the Plugs are a few quid each (071s), it's a small but decent gesture
Matt will be in touch to advise more as soon as he's back online....

really 10 emails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i recieved and replied to 2 emails, as i said to you that it was my error and that i would send another one immediately you said there was no rush because you wanted to order more parts, however as you never got back to me after 3 weeks i decided to post the plug WITH 4 MORE as a good gesture will about 10 days ago
