Hope he maps it better than he mapped his own, i seem to remember a hideous rolling road graph before it launched itself

Im sure it will be good and worth the wait,

Well Done

it's been running now for a while, but it's been the fabrication of the manifolds and stuff like mapping and the like that have held it back over the past few months

2 years since it last went in, but it blew up originally at interford 2002 (bloody hell, 4 years!!!!!!!!!!! http://www.dervman.com/interford2002.htm ) and has been on and off the road since (also famously ejected from trax after doing a 7 minute doughnut on the infeild at silverstone a year later )

but yes, i can finally start to terrorise the neighbourhood (quite literally as the neighbours HATE the sound of it starting up in the morning at 6am )

mapping is being done out of house, with several stages of boost and other stuff which i'm sure everyone else knows baout better than i do

and the turbo's are going to be different to his as well, but the spec of the engine is almost idetical to fitz's own car and if it kicks out 400 horses at the top end of the scale i'll be happy

now all i've got to do is find out who will insure the bugger when it finally gets back legaly on the road with MOT and is ready to be driven

i might not be this happy when the wife returns in 2 months (but don't tell her that, she thinks the cars home already and is refusing to be collected from the airport in it )

I think this was top bossess rolling road graph but the engine launched didnt it, going back some time.

Dont want you to be in same position after waiting 3 years

sleepers eh don't you just love them

was running 351 brake before it went all melted pistons etc on the way to the show (170mph+ and unpluging the aftermatket map and fueling and reverting back to standard and running 12 psi was the reason) and it's been off the road pretty much since then

i'm waiting on a mate to sort me out with some space and all this will go up on the net

and yes, i am a bit pleased

Not been on the rollers since it has been rebuilt.

Have 3 printouts with over 350bhp before the rebuild

to be honest mate, i'm just looking forward to getting it back, running it at low boost until i get used to it again, and then wondering if i've got any money left to spend on it

bought a mondeo for the normal running around and my first port of call is to find out which forums can answer questions (other than pf)
