some one set my car on fire 2 weeks ago how long does it take for the insurance to tell me if their fixing it or righting it off

 

as long as they can drag it out for!

best thing to do is ring them, get the name of the person dealing with it and pester them every day for as long as you can keep them on the phone for!

As long as the engineer takes to make the final decision.

Some engineer will give an opinion by the end of the day and some will take a couple of weeks.

Is your car modified and did you declare and modifications??

When I used to work in insurance, we'd never repair a car with fire damage, its wasn't worth the hassle of pos probs/complaints in the future

 

had no mods was my daily drive so but was thinking two weeks i mite of heard somthing never made a claim so dont know the procedure
