Think of 3 words that decribe you positively
ie
Relyable, dependable, trustworthy etc etc

think of best achievements - something you have done well & are proud of (dosent have to be work)
Harder now - think of opposites what are your weak points, what could you have done better.

Think of how you might improve yourself
ie would like to go on a course to improve ..........

What position is it?

I know one of the bokes interviewing me quite well so that won't be a prob its just the other one I'm worried about, int he 4 years I've worked there I've never had to talk to him so I don't even know what he's like! Although that could be a good/bad thing with first impressions and all that...

I'm going up there early to brush up on all the responsibilities the position had and all that so fingers crossed

Cheers for the help so far, I'm still nervous though

Just relax mate. Nerves coming thru will affect you the worst. Try and list positive points and a few negatives and how you are working to improve those negative points.

Hope this helps mate.
