Is it a metal working tool?

 

Yeah, for doing complicated curves.

Another thin skill in the UK I imagine, Worth your weight in gold in a few year ..

 

I doubt many new people are still learning how to use them these days.

All the Footage av seen inside the Roller factory, Older blokes using then english wheel .. What kinda industry do you think you could serve in a few year?

Resto company? .. Eventually them premium manufactures will go to pressed steel bodys if they havent already?

 

For resto and custom work its always going to be a useful skill, but in smaller and smaller numbers I would think.

 

Im really intersted in the older metal fabrication way's so id like an english wheel (not a full sized one)
i enjoy metal fabrication and planishing and would like to be half decent at compound curves
