Anyone know where I can get a replacement front bumper for my ST TDCI. Looked on Ebay but there doesnt seem to be any around

You need a spcific st bumper, nothing else will fit although they will claim to as none of the fittings will line up other than those on the body under the headlights

 

yes i guessed it would be specific, sods law they seem to be like rocking horse shit!!

 

You'll fund some that are broken which can be fixed

i hope so. the bottom part cracked but its now completly broken away from the undertray and the mesh grill.tried fixing it last night but i think its had it

 

Whack some pics up, we'll see if its fixable or not

Don't lose any bits though, they are all specific to the st kit and they are even harder to find than just the bare bumpers

 

It may work out cheaper getting yours properly repaired. ST bumpers are in demand as people want to upgrade theirs, so they never seem to come up for sale cheaply.

cheers guys! bloody lost part of it on the way home last night typically!!! so defo gonna need new one i think!!

 

gaffer tape the remaining parts together until a replacement arrives

or go onto talkford.com and ask a few of the peeps there for one, someones is always breaking them

This is my first post online and i've tried to find a post that comes close to what i need, and just posted a reply, hope that is ok. Basically i am repairing a Jan 2013 Mondeo 2.0 TDCI mondeo titanium. I need bumper, bonnet, winges and few other bits and pieces, thing is i have found everything i need in salvage yard. According to local ford garage the bonnet, winges, fog lights etc that i am taking from another car will match my model. The head lights, bumper and grilles are showing up as different part numbers. Does any one know if they would still fit. Small facelift differences will not bother me, as long as it fits ? Donor car is a mondeo Zetec TDCI 2011

 

get everything you can from the donor car and if you explain to the yard that if there are differences can you come back and get credit i'm sure they will sort you out

there wre several different variations and the man to speak to about mk4 differences my be dan who posted earlier

if not then pop over to www.talkford.com for a more detailed explanation to confuse you even further about what could be different along the range
