I need some help, Occasionally when i'm turning the steering wheel
i get a click sound come from which seems like inside the cabin
any ideas?

Yeah it is like the Video, How can i fix this?

 

It's worth checking your universal joint on your steering column to rule it out but the cause of this fault is the steering rack. It will need replacing. Doable at home with axle stands if your handy with the spanners but if not then its a garage job as you have to drop the subframe.

Any idea if i can get an after Market steering Rack?

 

Doubt it but there are plenty of reconditioned ones available.

 

The only racks I found were

Ford - stupicly expensive
motorfactors - recon racks that still looked expensive
breakers with 90 day warrenty - £65

I used one from a breakers and its been fine for about 18 months.

Try replacing the fluid, it might make it last longer, certainly did for me.
