Default turbo and manifold

Turbo- can be bought from states, but probably no saving to be had as exchange rate is not very good. Try AET wakefield (do a search)

I would have a hybrid conversion on std turbo so it still fits original manifold.

Tubular manifold from Primary designs are the best made imho. Probably not the best price but then you get what you pay for.

As said AET is probably a good place to get the turbo from - have supplied various turbos to people on the RSOC with FRS & havn't had any complaints

Manifold wise best on the market is from Primary Designs but your looking at £1300 for one but as said price is due to the quality & fact they produce exhausts/mani's/etc for over 1/3 of the F1 grid, motorbikes, etc, etc

Best value for money manifold is probably the one made by Blueflame tbh

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-FOCUS-RS-...1%7C240%3A1318

These were built and developed off an RSOC members FRS & again quite a few happy FRS owners now running them on their cars with no probs

Only manifold to stay away from really is one branded as "miltek" generally available via Pumaspeed - they are NOT made or licensed in any way by Miltek & have been known to crack badly around the primaries

what about some thing like this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/OBX-Turbo-Mani...1%7C240%3A1318

seen a few of this on zetec turbos and look good under the bonnet too
the price might be a bit steap but can look around for the same thing and grade of metal cheaper
