I have 2 diesel focus cars, both 1.8tdci with the same eror code
p0000
Can someone help me as the cars refuse to start

P0000 does not exist. Zero usually means no fault code present.
What are you using to read the codes and waht are the model-years of the cars?

snap on verus
53 plate and 04
electronic injectors
changed diesel pump n injectors
runs on sniff, move it dies
error code p0000

I suspect a problem with the Snapon Verus.
I would get it on a proper Ford diagnostic machine.

They won't run unless you have coded the new injectors into the ECU.

they have been coded

have they been coded in firing order or cylinder order? i made this mistake first time i coded some with a snap on scanner.
i read it as being coded in cylinder order and it wouldn't run until i relised it should be coded in firing order i.e.

cylinder 1, injector 1
cylinder 2, injector 4
cylinder 3, injector 2
cylinder 4, injector 3
