Default Headlights gone wrong!

Hi anyone know why or had the same problem as this. All working okay then one day i went to turn on headlights and dip beam does not work on both sides. Sidelights work okay and full beam. Ive checked all the fuses in the engine bay and are all okay, also tried changing the two small white relays at the back of the fuse box and still the same. Is there anything else i should be looking for? Car is a mk2 orion ghia 1989.

It could be the switch itself gone. I had the same problem on an old orion i had and thats what it ended up being.
