bloomin car, gave the engine a freshen up... new gaskets etc and de-coce... blah blah blah.
and 60 miles after putting it all back together i snap the shaft thru the turbo (turbo having done no more than 600 miles!!!!)
anyhow, turbo gets returned and the offer of a T38 gets pushed my direction, after a bit of thought i go for the T38 and head back for it all to be set up... 3 miles home and i shatter the front diff and i feel like crying
thank you to my guardian angel in the name of steve scott who turns up 15 mins after i broke it 3 miles from his house and gives me the keys to his sprinter van and trailer to get the car back to his house and lends me his wifes car overnight!!!
next morn im borrowing his workshop and fitting a new front diff which takes me a small eternity and then head home late yasterday eve with 32psi peak and 30psi held on a T38... big grins all the way home and the biggest of thanks given to steve scott at A1 Rally Sport.
Thank You
and roll on brands hatch on wednesday
