Don't know if it has been posted before, but what oil is best to use for a turbo engine??

a decent fully synthetic oil.shell,mobil1,castrol rs,valvoline etc....

 

Full synth for me

for my C20XE i just used Semi, no need for full on average N/A engines

Ask Oilman for some of his extensive oil info. Think he's done a few write ups on here, then youcan read and decide for yourself

 

I use Mobil 1 Motorsport.

 

I use mobil 1 motorposrt or valvoline

 

and use the SAE numbers Ford tells you to use? ie: 10w40??

 

mobil 1 15w50,castrol rs 10w60,shell 5w40,all these are good oils,i used these only on my cossie
