i might be getting a sierra saff ghia 4x4,and was told that saff cos suspension was the same on these models,is this right?as i will be looking to uprate the suspension,lowering springs ect,wots the best ride height for a 4x4 with lowering springs ect,ect

well i have cos suspension on my xr4x4 and went in no probs and id imagine the hubs are the same as mine

cosy hubs are different but not where the shocks are mounted

id say 30mm on a 4wd but mine is around 60mm and had no probs

the front dampers are the same as are the rear dampers, the hubs however, are different - the only thing they have in common is the 4x4 sierras had thicker front dampers

 

can you fit cosworth 4x4 setup to the sierra ghia 4x4?meaning hubs breaks shocks springs ect,ect?

and how much would it all cost?roughly?

 

yes you can mate

you can fit the cosy hubs straight on u will have to use cosy brakes aswell
