Pleasant bunch of chaps to deal with i reckon

currently (through no fault of their own due to a supplier taking their time sending stuff to them in the first place) messing me about a bit on some parts ive ordered, which is unavoidable sometimes unfortunately.
But at least they bother to phone you up and let you know whats going on and genuinely do their best to sort things out, fingers crossed going to get the bits to me by saturday, i always think its how a company handles it when things dont go perfectly that shows you what sort of a company they are.

Yeah (well replica ), i normally use them for most cossie bits, ordered from them loads of times and they are always pretty keen to help out with a lot of the stuff other people cant be arsed with, like whenever i do anything i tend to replace any bolts i use, and they always manage to find me the right ones etc.

Top service. Delays are frustrating but not having to chase them for answers and getting courtesy calls etc is the hallmark of a good company
